Intro to Relentless Academy

Intro to Relentless training- there’s a huge emphasis on the development of extremely confident and relentless athletes. The main areas of skill development are Learning how to WORK and sustain mental toughness, Maintaining Athletic Integrity, Understanding Alignment/ Assignment, Transitioning In & Out of breaks and Understanding the “WHY” which improves football IQ. Strong focus on all three phases of the game (Offensive, Defensive and Special Teams). We break down each skill set clearly and aim to be very detail oriented in an effort to give all athletes the understanding of how to train properly. Through intense repetition and proven training methods, there’s a strong emphasis on fundamentals and development.
