The energy is unmatched when I work with Coach Stephens. The training sessions are like no other. When you walk in and step in between those lines it's straight business. Fast and relentless work for the entire session. My game got better every second I worked with Coach Stephens.

Also, he preaches controlling your attitude and effort because if you have relentless attitude and effort when working, he will get your skills where they gotta be.
