Desman Stephens

- Featured in the 2008 Texas Bowl
- Professional experience playing for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in the Canadien Football League (CFL)
Desman has a sincere passion for developing youth in the gridiron. Setting the tone by providing solid fundamentals and strengthening Football IQ/understanding of the game is the standard he instills within his athletes.
In 2004, Desman was offered a Preferred Walk-On (PWO) roster slot from Western Michigan University (WMU), and went on to earn a full scholarship and had major impact in two major program victories vs. ACC & Big 10 opponents, the Virginia University Cavaliers and Iowa Hawkeyes. Desman secured game winning interceptions vs both Power 5 teams.
In 2007, he competed in the Inaugural International Bowl (Toronto, ON) vs University of Cincinnati Bearcats. In 2008, he played in the Texas Bowl vs Rice University Owls (Houston, TX).
In 2009, Desman signed a 2-yr contract with the Canadian Football League (CFL), Hamilton Tiger-Cats as a Defensive Half-Back (Hybrid Safety/Corner). He played in two pre-season games, including a start vs. the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. In 2012, he competed in the NFL Regional Combine at the Chicago Bears Walter Payton Center.
Desman’s passion for instilling the mentality of relentless attitude & effort is second to none! He aims to help athletes separate themselves from average with his technical knowledge and multitude of skill-work.
